You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

 

Section 3 - Product Descriptions and Natural Variation

We are not responsible for information on this site that is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Content on this site is for general information and should not be the sole basis for a purchasing decision.

Every ITC piece is handcrafted from authentic Anatolian silk velvet carpets and kilims sourced from the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul. Because each carpet or kilim is a vintage textile with its own history, color, pattern, and wear will vary from piece to piece and from what appears on your screen. This variation is expected, is part of what makes each numbered piece unique, and is not a defect.

We reserve the right to change site content at any time, without notice or obligation to update.

 

Section 4 - Pricing, Orders, and Warranty

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time.

Order confirmation. Product listings on this site do not constitute a binding offer to sell. They are an invitation to make an offer. When you complete checkout, you are making an offer to purchase. You will receive an automated email confirming we received your order. This confirmation email does not, by itself, mean your order has been accepted.

Warranty. Statutory warranty rights that apply in your jurisdiction remain in effect and are not limited by this Agreement.

 

Section 5 - Products

Each ITC piece is numbered and limited to the yield of a single carpet or kilim. Once a run sells out, it is not reproduced. Available quantities reflect actual material yield, not a marketing device.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, restrict sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction, and discontinue any product at any time and without notice.

We make every effort to represent color and material accurately in product photography. We cannot guarantee your monitor will display color exactly as it appears in person.

Products are handcrafted in Istanbul, Türkiye, and shipped internationally. Customs duties, import taxes, and related charges at destination are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.

Section 6 - Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues. Because each pair is cut from a single, non-reproducible carpet or kilim, we cannot offer size exchanges once an order is placed. Please review our size guide carefully before purchasing.

Section 7 - Billing and Account Accuracy

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. We may limit quantities per person, household, or order, including orders placed under the same account, payment method, or shipping address. If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate, current purchase and account information, and to promptly update it as needed.

 

Section 8 - Third-Party Tools and Links

We may provide access to third-party tools we do not control. Such tools are provided "as is," without warranty, and any use of them is at your own risk. Review the third party's own terms before relying on them.
