Shipping Time
International orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our atelier, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information, allowing you to follow your shipment throughout its journey.
Shipping Rates
United States
Express shipping within the continental United States is $7.95–$14.95, depending on your order's final weight and dimensions.
International
For orders shipped outside the United States, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the order. We carefully select our shipping services to offer competitive international rates while maintaining the fastest available delivery times.
Secure Delivery & Responsibility
Our shipping arrangements are made for delivery directly to the address provided by the customer.
For the safest possible delivery, we recommend selecting a residential or business address where you or a trusted individual will be available to receive the package. Packages lost by theft after delivery are the customer's liability.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the carrier manages delivery times and transit conditions. While Istanbul Trading Company cannot guarantee against carrier delays, loss, or theft after delivery, we will gladly assist you in communicating with the carrier if an issue arises.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders outside of the US, please note that any applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, or brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
